Not satisfied with your order?
You have the right to return the item, without providing a reason, within 14 days. This period begins on the day you receive your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item to Dutch Farmhouse.
Refund
Once we have received the order in good condition, the full purchase amount for the returned products (excluding return shipping costs) will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
How to return?
If you want to return an item, please send an email to info@dutchfarmhouse.com to let us know that your order (or part of it) will be returned. The return shipping costs are your responsibility, so we do not charge any return fees. Drop off the package at a parcel point and keep the shipping receipt safe, as this is proof that you returned the package, and it allows us to track the shipment. The item must be returned within 14 days after notification.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect the item, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packed for return.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? No problem, just contact us at info@dutchfarmhouse.com. The shipping costs for returning the order are not covered by Dutch Farmhouse and are at your own expense. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt safe.
